RN Nurse Manager - Clinical Education

RN Nurse Manager – Clinical Education Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. This full‑time position oversees our clinical programs and 8‑10 Clinical Educators. Responsibilities Direct an education program for the enhancement of practice, education, administration, research, and theory development built on the varied education and experience of nursing staff. Collaborate with the regional and divisional nursing education team to establish goals and participate in shaping the vision and strategic plan for the ministry. Set nursing practice standards for the continued advancement of nursing. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate continuity of patient care across the continuum. Participate in Magnet recognition initiatives and support Magnet program efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school. Master's Degree in Nursing or Education preferred. California Registered Nurse License upon hire. Minimum 6 years of related work experience in Clinical Education. Minimum 4 years of leadership experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading programs and project management. NPD-BC Certification (Nursing Professional Development – Board Certified). Location and Pay Location: Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center – Burbank, CA. Pay Range: $74.54 - $117.65 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
