Corporate Recruiter We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to help drive full life cycle recruiting, strengthen our talent pipelines, and partner closely with hiring leaders to attract qualified candidates across the organization. In this role, you’ll serve as a recruiting subject matter expert, support sourcing strategy, analyze recruiting metrics, and help ensure a consistent, compliant, and positive candidate experience. What you’ll do: Manage full life cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions. Partner with hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions and effective recruiting plans. Build and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines. Use recruiting data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements. Ensure recruiting practices align with employment laws, regulations, and company policies. What we’re looking for: Recruiting experience with proven results managing the hiring process. Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, and negotiation skills. Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, career events, and other channels. Experience using applicant tracking systems or the ability to quickly learn new recruiting technology. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
