Ctrenaissance is seeking a Case Manager for its Community Release program in Connecticut. This role involves facilitating employment readiness classes, liaising between clients and employers, and ensuring clients have updated resumes. The ideal candidate should have an Associate's Degree in Human Services or related fields, with a Bachelor's preferred, alongside experience in job development and effective communication skills.
