What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures access-control practices and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility parking areas entrances and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity hazards or security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents medical emergencies and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established protocols and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management directing individuals to appropriate areas while helping maintain orderly movement throughout the location.
• Document patrols incidents observations and security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
