Job Description

Job Summary

As a Retail Training Manager within the Retail department, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to Sephora and View email address on us.fitly.work’s store teams. Your focus will be on leadership development, coaching, client service, and selling skills. These trainings promote lasting behavior change that supports key business initiatives to help the company achieve its business goals. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Retail Training, you will manage and execute consistent, engaging, and effective facilitation across a variety of training methods and channels.

Working Conditions

Must be able to travel frequently, averaging up to 75% depending on business needs, training schedules, and seasonal priorities. Travel can include airplane flights, personal and/or rental car trips. Travel can be out of town, overnight, weekend, extended stays, and extended hours.

Consistent access to dedicated remote working space is conducive to a virtual learning environment with access to high-speed stable internet to facilitate virtual training.

What You’ll Get: 

The annual base salary range for this position is $99,025.00 - $110,675.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
