ASSISTANT MANAGER

Culver's - 5801 21st Street - Responsibilities: Runs shifts effectively to ensure quality products, guest service, and restaurant cleanliness meet system standards.; Consistently ensures guests receive quality products within five minutes for in-house orders and four minutes for drive-thru orders.; Monitors and coaches team on safety best practices related to the Culvers hazard communication program and workplace safety.; Develops crew chief and shift leader through training and mentorship.; Attends all manager and team meetings.
