Additional Pay Opportunities:
Pay raise opportunity at 2 months, 6 months and 12 months of employment

Work Schedules: Schedules will vary based on workload
1st Shift: Monday--Thursday: 5:30am -- 3:00pm & Friday: 5:30am -- Noon or 2:30pm (depending on workload)

Job Summary: The Assembler is responsible for performing assembly work to support production operations. In this role, you will help ensure products are assembled accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. Assemblers work as part of a team to meet production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions:

Assembly & Production

  • Perform assembly tasks using hand tools, equipment, and standard processes.
  • Follow work instructions, drawings, or specifications.
  • Ensure products are assembled accurately and meet quality standards.

Quality & Accuracy

  • Inspect materials and completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify and communicate issues as needed.

Workflow & Efficiency 

  • Support production schedules and maintain consistent output.
  • Contribute to efficient workflow and team productivity.

Safety & Organization

  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

T eam Collaboration 

  • Work collaboratively with team members and leadership.
  • Support team goals and overall production success.

Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to use hand tools and follow instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to understand work instructions, safety guidelines, and job-related communication.

Education and Experience

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 
  • Experience: Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required.

This role does not have direct reports

Work Environment

Manufacturing / Production Environment – Roles in this environment involve regular exposure to a shop-floor or manufacturing setting. Work may require standing, walking, bending, lifting, or other physical activity for extended periods. Employees are expected to follow all safety procedures and may be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, or steel-toe footwear. The environment may include exposure to noise, dust, machinery, temperature variations, and other safety-sensitive conditions typical of a production facility.
