Discover how Consertus/CCS is driving transformative change for our clients, our people, and the communities we serve at The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Construction Estimator to support the delivery of high-quality cost management services across a diverse portfolio of projects. This role is ideal for an experienced ASC estimator who can lead estimate development, manage assigned projects, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, while contributing to cost control, quality assurance, and client success. You will play a key role in delivering accurate , reliable cost forecasts and supporting decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. This Senior Construction Estimator will work office-based with hybrid flexibility with some travel as required for project and client engagement. What You’ll Do Develop cost estimates across all phases: Conceptual Schematic Design Design Development Construction Documents Perform quantity take-offs, pricing, and cost analysis across all major ASC Trades Divisions Analyze historical data and benchmarking to validate estimates Evaluate change orders and cost impacts Prepare: Project budgets and cost plans Estimate reports and client deliverables Collect pricing data from contractors and vendors Support development of strong client relationships through responsiveness and communication What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of experience in cost estimating and preconstruction services Experience delivering estimates for projects ranging from $5M to $100M+ Strong understanding of: Estimating methodologies and cost modeling Experience working across multiple sectors (commercial, institutional, infrastructure, government) Why Join Consertus/CCS Competitive compensation 401(k) with company contributions Comprehensive health and supplemental benefits Opportunity to work on diverse and impactful projects Career growth within a national cost management practice Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Consertus/CCS is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
