We run a non-captive model backed by MassMutual, which means you keep your independence while gaining access to world-class resources. The Opportunity A Structured Path into Advising: We provide a structured onboarding experience, mentorship, and training to help you successfully transition into financial services. Income Support & Performance Upside: We offer a 2-year training stipend + commission model to support your transition into the role while you build your book of business, allowing your success and effort to directly drive your income. Client Ownership from Day One: Unlike many firms, our advisors build and retain ownership of their client relationships from the start, empowering you to grow your own book of business and establish long-term equity in your work.
