Job Summary As a Mountain Activities Attendant, your role is to provide Epic guest service as you guide guests through mountain activities such as Mountain Coasters, Snow Tubing, Lift Operations, Surface Lift Operations, and Ticket Scanning. You will interact with guests and fellow employees from around the world, ensuring a fun and safe experience. Job Specifications Starting Wage: $20.00/hr Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026 Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities Have Fun: Create lifetime experiences for guests and employees. Be Safe: Provide safe experiences and assist youngest guests. Serve Others: Operate activities, answer questions, and help guests navigate. Do Right: Receive feedback, resolve issues, verify tickets. Drive Value: Advocate for Vail Resorts and high-quality service. Do Good: Keep mountain clean and promote outdoor enjoyment. Be Inclusive: Guide guests with varying experience levels. Stay Flexible: Perform varied tasks across the mountain daily. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Work outdoors in all weather conditions for long periods. Stand for long periods. Twist, turn, pull, push, bend, squat, lift up to 50 lbs. Conversationally clear with guests of all backgrounds and age groups. Background check required. Reliable transportation and punctuality.
