As an innovative women's healthcare group in Nevada, we are looking to add superior OBGYN hospitalists to our already impressive roster of providers. In our groundbreaking model you will not only be supported by fellow hospitalists and practice OBGYNs, but also one of the largest MFM community practices in the country. Through a combination of value-based results and efficient protocols, we aim to provide better outcomes which exceed the standard of care and result in better outcomes for patient and baby. We are seeking skilled, compassionate, friendly and team-oriented OB/GYN Hospitalists to join our growing practice in the Las Vegas/Henderson metro area. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering comprehensive obstetric care to patients of all ages, ensuring the highest standards of quality and patient satisfaction. 2026 shift rates, $1650-$2090 ~ Holiday shift differential, $540 ~$75,000 sign on bonus ~ Collection and Performance Bonuses ~"Catch Bonus" ~ Beautiful medical centers with state-of-the-art birthing center staffed with one of the most experienced and skilled teams in Nevada ~ Full-time: 10- twelve-hour shifts per month ~ Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center - Level III NICU ~ Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Hospital - Siena Campus - Level III NICU ~ Close interaction, 24/7 support, and collaboration from our local MFM practice -integration with this team is key to how we operate! ~ Opportunities for teaching residents, hospital staff and others ~ Fetal monitoring certification Transvaginal cervical length (TVCL) assessment training with our MFMs Opportunity to attend the critical care obstetrics course by the SMFM Basic OB ultrasound skills training with our MFMs Implicit bias training to reduce provider-related healthcare inequity Link to MFM practice with excellent infrastructure with EHR, voice dictation, PACS, genetic counselors, advanced practitioners, and top-of-the-line ultrasound equipment and specialists trained in detailed anatomic ultrasound, and fetal echocardiography.
