This is an opportunity to work on ServiceNow-driven digital transformation initiatives focused on IT operations, automation, and operational efficiency. You will help clients evolve their IT environments by implementing discovery, monitoring, configuration management, and cloud integrations. The role combines ServiceNow ITOM expertise with infrastructure knowledge across traditional and cloud environments. You'll work with major monitoring, event management, logging, automation, and integration technologies while helping build scalable operational solutions. The position offers exposure to complex enterprise environments, international projects, and a broad ecosystem of modern infrastructure technologies. Accountabilities

• Configure and evolve ServiceNow ITOM solutions to discover, identify, and inventory IT infrastructure components such as computers, switches, servers, applications, and other network assets.
• Automate configuration management and CMDB processes using ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM capabilities, improving data accuracy, visibility, and operational efficiency.
• Implement and configure IT monitoring solutions through ServiceNow ITOM to strengthen infrastructure visibility, event management, and operational performance.
• Configure ServiceNow ITOM integrations with cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Integrate ServiceNow AIOps with monitoring and management platforms such as Zabbix, Dynatrace, Datadog, Netcool, TrueSight, SolarWinds, SCCM, SCOM, and similar technologies.
• Automate workloads and operational workflows across traditional and cloud environments using technologies and protocols such as SSH, PowerShell, JDBC, REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration mechanisms.
• Design and implement integrations between different systems and platforms, ensuring reliable communication and effective data exchange.
• Contribute to infrastructure and cloud automation initiatives, helping clients improve scalability, consistency, and operational efficiency.
• Work directly with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements, propose solutions, and deliver ServiceNow-based transformation initiatives.
• Support complex client environments while maintaining a strong focus on results, quality, technical ownership, and customer experience.
• Participate in technical consulting activities and international projects when applicable, communicating effectively with stakeholders in English.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring at least one enterprise infrastructure or monitoring management solution such as Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds, SCOM, SCCM, Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, Netcool, TrueSight, Nimsoft, UIM, Tivoli, TADDM, ADDM, or BMC Discovery.
• Strong understanding of traditional IT infrastructure and cloud environments, including the principles and operational challenges associated with both.
• Experience with at least one container deployment technology such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Good understanding of different system and platform integration architectures, communication protocols, and integration patterns.
• Professional experience working on IT infrastructure or cloud automation projects and activities.
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as JavaScript, Perl, Python, PowerShell, or Shell Script.
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency, with fluent English considered a strong advantage for international projects.
• Previous experience with ServiceNow ITOM is highly desirable.
• ITIL Foundation certification is considered a plus.
• Experience with centralized event management platforms such as Netcool Omnibus, Splunk, BMC TrueSight, or similar solutions is advantageous.
• Experience with centralized logging or log-streaming technologies such as Elastic Stack, Graylog, Splunk, or Kafka is a plus.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation or Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Salt, SUSE Manager, Chef, or Puppet is desirable.
