Order Fulfillment Specialist

Overview Openwork is seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist in Kemah, TX. In this dynamic and collaborative role, you will support the complete order fulfillment process and ensure accuracy and strong customer service for a growing team. Responsibilities Process and track customer orders from receipt through fulfillment Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order completion and delivery Maintain accurate order records and documentation Review orders for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed Communicate order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders Assist with inventory tracking and order-related reporting Support shipping, receiving, and logistics activities as required Maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple priorities Qualifications Previous experience in order fulfillment, customer service, logistics, inventory, or administrative support preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Perks & Benefits Full-Time Direct Hire opportunity Hybrid schedule on Fridays Competitive pay: $44,000 - $46,000 Healthcare, vision and dental benefits Full benefits package included Work Schedule & Pay Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (Fridays are Hybrid).
