Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education (required)

- Skilled in differentiating instruction and classroom management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement lessons tailored to individual learning abilities and IEP goals
- Provide direct instruction and guided support, ensuring a positive, inclusive classroom climate
- Assess and document student progress, adapting strategies as necessary
- Collaborate with families, support staff, and related service providers to ensure comprehensive student support
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing teacher training
