Details Acute care setting at a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) Approximately 90% outpatient care and 10% inpatient care Tuesday through Saturday schedule, day shift from 0730–1630 with a one-hour lunch break Saturday shifts are inpatient only, typically requiring approximately 2.5 hours of work 8-hour shifts; every other weekend (EOW) required First to float policy applies Cerner EMR used in this position 13-week contract Requirements Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required Active state PT license required at time of consideration; pending licenses will not be accepted — license required if applicable Active BLS certification required; pending certifications will not be accepted A copy of your driver's license is required for consideration 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both must include dates of employment and eligibility for rehire Additional Information Dress code: solid color polo shirt with black pants 12-hour orientation included with the assignment Candidates who have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity-affiliated facility within the past year are not eligible; candidates placed PRN through outside staffing firms will be considered Local candidates are accepted for this position American Traveler Job ID P-707855.
