Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized teletherapy sessions to assess client needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on clinical evaluation and discussions.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities and best practices to address various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and issues with executive functioning.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive support for each client.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Engage in continuous professional education and self-development, actively seeking opportunities to implement evidence-based interventions and innovative practices in the field of mental health.

• Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and training workshops to enhance personal skills and contribute to the overall development of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving adolescents and young adults, addressing a wide variety of psychological and emotional concerns. Counselors will work with clients struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and more. The successful candidate will need to possess a deep understanding of the unique experiences and sensitivities of this demographic group, tailoring their approach to foster trust and foster a healing environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• An active professional license, including LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

• A history of working effectively in a high caseload setting while maintaining quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Strong clinical skills with the ability to create rapport, trust, and a safe space for clients to explore their challenges.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in a telehealth context, where effective digital communication is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 yearly , based on your experience and caseload management.
