Night Residential Supervisor - Trauma-Informed Youth Care
The Home for Little Wanderers
The Home for Little Wanderers' Harrington House in Dorchester, MA is seeking a Residential Supervisor to lead direct care staff, ensure safe and trauma-informed programming, and support youth with emotional and behavioral challenges. Schedule is Thursday–Saturday, 11 PM–9 AM, with a strong emphasis on team leadership and staff development.
You will work closely with the Milieu/Program Director, recruit and supervise staff, oversee training, and help maintain a caring, stable environment for
