LPN/LVN Wellness Director for Senior Living Community Recognized by Newsweek in 2024 and 2025 as one of America’s greatest workplaces for diversity, this clinical leader will inspire, lead, and manage the overall operation of the clinical team to provide the highest quality of care and services for our residents. The role requires building relationships with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers to coordinate exceptional personalized care, collaborate with community leadership, mentor associates, and foster resident and family satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills State nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and education required for licensure. Driver’s license. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; clinical leadership experience preferred. Proficiency with technology, Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation. Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day clinical services to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met. Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and maintain quality of care as needs change. Supervise, coach, and provide leadership to licensed nurses and direct‑care staff.
