It allows for a high level of autonomy with team-based physician support clinically and leadership of a high functioning Advanced Practice Clinician team in inpatient and outpatient settings. The candidate must have previous Hematology and Medical Oncology experience. Daily schedule includes office visits, overseeing training for new NPs/PAs, evaluating NPs/PAs performance, overseeing chemotherapy infusion as needed, patient education, multidisciplinary oncology care with the support of a full office staff (MA's, OA's, phone triage nurses and infusion nurses).
