Cardiac Rhythm Management Clinical Specialist - Atlanta, GA

Medtronic seeks a Clinical Specialist to provide technical, educational, and operational support for cardiac rhythm management devices across the Atlanta territory. The role involves device troubleshooting, clinical education, inventory management, and extensive travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical support including device interrogations, implant assistance, and troubleshooting using field training knowledge
• Manage operational tasks including patient documentation, inventory, equipment resources, and programmer software maintenance
• Educate physicians, hospital staff, and field team members on CRM products, therapies, and patient management solutions
• Travel extensively throughout assigned Atlanta territory to support customer clinics and hospitals, approximately 80% of time
• Identify customer opportunities, support purchase activities, and provide competitive feedback to achieve sales objectives

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 6+ years healthcare/field sales experience, or associate's degree plus 4+ years, or bachelor's degree plus 2+ years
• Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift 40 lbs frequently and work 8+ hours daily in clinical environments
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, life sciences, or biomedical engineering preferred
• 2+ years cath lab, EP lab, or cardiology clinic experience preferred
• Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements
