HIRING HELPER for Machine Maintenance Department of Manufacturer

**Must be willing to learn from other Maintenance Personnel
Job Summary:
- Able to recognize and trouble shoot machine errors and make proper adjustments
- Effectively coordinate issues with Production, Maintenance and Technical sales
- Be able to identify issues and collaborate with the Facilities Manager on how to address and correct
- Have the ability to respond in a timely manner to address and correct production down time.
- Exercise judgment to be able to perform actions that allow production to quickly continue operations.
- Set-up and operate designated production equipment to satisfaction of Supervisor.
- Lift and Move at least 50 pounds
- Finger dexterity
- Good or corrected vision
- Able to stand, kneel & bend over for extended periods of time
- Able to work on a ladder
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Can read, speak and understand English written and spoken
- Able to understand and follow work instructions and drawings
