Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients who present a diverse range of mental health needs. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license allowing for independent practice (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent). Candidates with limited or provisional licenses will not be considered.

• No prior disciplinary actions on your license.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, along with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.

• Proficient computer literacy, including the ability to use virtual counseling software and other relevant digital tools.

• A computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities to conduct video sessions, as well as a reliable internet connection.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with additional experience in diverse treatment methodologies, exposure to telehealth practices, or specialized training in particular therapeutic modalities may have an advantage in the selection process.
