Technical Program Manager

The Technical Program Manager (Server Operations Specialist) to own program and project planning for our server hardware operations supporting a major cloud infrastructure client. This role is the delivery backbone of the account — coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and the client. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end program and project planning for server hardware operations Coordinate cross-functionally across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to keep programs on schedule Manage delivery timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation plans Serve as the primary operational point of contact for client program stakeholders Drive resolution of program-level issues and escalations Report program status, risks, and key metrics to leadership Qualifications 6–10 years of experience in technical program/project management, ideally in server or hardware manufacturing Strong track record delivering complex, cross-functional hardware programs on time Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Nice to Have PMP or equivalent program management certification Experience supporting hyperscale cloud or data center hardware programs Why Join Compal USA Technology?
