A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT DISTRICT MANAGER As a Restaurant District Manager, you provide valuable leadership to our general managers and take accountability for the overall success of multiple Popeyes locations. Offering constructive and actionable feedback, you assist fast-food managers in setting goals with attainable benchmarks. Working side-by-side, you analyze business trends and identify areas for improvement. You offer insightful suggestions on fine-tuning inventory management processes, driving sales, and implementing proper cost control procedures. As someone who sees both the big picture and small details, you're the ideal person to coach managers about food quality, safety procedures, and facility cleanliness. You know that great fast-food service begins with great people, which is why you personally oversee the recruitment and ongoing development of managers. Your excellent interpersonal skills serve you well as you conduct training sessions about the guest experience, conflict resolution, and employee satisfaction. Leading by example, you give credit where it\'s due, providing recognition and positive reinforcement. You seek and act upon feedback, promoting a work environment where each team member is respected and valued. QUALIFICATIONS Experience working in a restaurant district management role Ability to analyze data to identify business trends Willingness to lead training sessions Valid driver\'s license Do you have strong leadership skills?
