Receiving CoordinatorLocation: Alameda, CASchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PMStart Date: Immediate OpeningWe are seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Coordinator to support manufacturing operations by ensuring incoming materials, inventory, and production resources are accurately received, inspected, documented, and made available to support production and shipping requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, identify, organize, and stock incoming materialsVerify quantities, part numbers, revisions, and supporting documentationPerform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory recordsConduct visual inspections of incoming materials and production componentsEnter and track inventory transactions within inventory management systemsUtilize barcode scanners, hand tools, and other warehouse equipmentSupport quality standards and documentation requirementsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace using 5S principlesCollaborate with manufacturing, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure material availabilityQualifications2+ years of experience in receiving, warehouse, inventory control, or manufacturing environmentsExperience working with packing lists, inventory records, and documentation processesFamiliarity with barcode scanners and warehouse equipmentBasic computer and Microsoft Office skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience within medical device, electronics, technology, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferredKnowledge of MRP/ERP systems, 5S, and Kanban methodologies is a plusThis is an excellent opportunity to join a manufacturing team and play a key role in ensuring materials and inventory are accurately managed to support production operations. The ideal candidate can start immediately and is comfortable working onsite in Alameda from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alameda, CA.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
