Paint Process Engineer

Manufacturing Process EngineerOur client, an Automotive Manufacturing company, is looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer for their Wentzville, MO location. Responsibilities include running and maintaining automotive paint equipment and robots to ensure safety, quality, and throughput metrics are attained daily. The position is very fast-paced, requiring the ability to give a lot of direction to the technician. The day-to-day varies a lot, so adaptability and the ability to pivot are necessary. The role demands the ability to handle confrontation and solve problems. It also requires the ability to work with hands and understand mechanical and electrical issues.Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree preferred, a Technical Degree strongly required, but the manager is open to a high school diploma. At least 8 years of experience is preferred. Leadership experience/skills is a plus, though not required, as the company is willing to train on this.
