Monitor residents for medication side effects or changes in condition and report to the supervising nurse. Maintain clear, timely documentation of medication administration and resident observations. Work closely with CNAs, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care plans. Provide respectful, dignified care in a safe, clean, and compassionate environment. Who We’re Looking For Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Colorado. Valid Colorado certification as a Medication Aide (or applicable qualifications to administer medications). Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
