Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and mental health status, with a keen focus on creating personalized treatment plans that are tailored to each individual.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, employing a variety of evidence-based modalities and approaches to facilitate positive outcomes for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with a dedicated, multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and refine therapeutic strategies that enhance client care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training, staying abreast of the latest research and best practices in social work and mental health treatment.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.

• A collaborative mindset, demonstrating an ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
