RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Choose between two shift options: 4x10 hour days from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM OR 5x8 hour days from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Call requirements include 3 first calls, 3 second calls, and 1 weekend per 6-week schedule
• 13-week assignment starting ASAP
• 3+ years of OR RN experience required
• Experience in robotics, orthopedic, general surgery, and OB/GYN procedures required
• No interview required - auto offers only
• No floating to other units required
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• 9 operating room beds on unit
• Hospital-provided scrubs
• Work with electronic medical record system Cerner
• Circulate cases including pulling supplies and equipment
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment for operating room patient care
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, OR technicians, and other personnel
• Ensure proper supplies, case timeliness, family communication, and physician preference card updates
• Provide supervision of personnel delivering patient care according to state nursing practice standards

This medical facility features a modern 9-bed operating room suite equipped with advanced surgical technology including robotics capabilities. The facility maintains high standards for patient care and operates according to AORN guidelines and regulatory requirements. The operating room department handles diverse surgical procedures including orthopedic, general surgery, and OB/GYN cases, providing comprehensive surgical services to the community.
