Machine Operator Team Lead Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00pm to 02:30am )
- Supervise and support machine operators during production.
- Monitor cookie weight, shape, size, and overall quality.
- Ensure machines are operating properly and report or address equipment issues.
- Coordinate tray handling, baking racks, and workflow to maintain production efficiency.
- Train employees on machine operation, safety, and food handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate production or quality issues to management.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, food safety, and workplace safety procedures.
Machine Operator Team Lead Qualifications:
- Previous production or machine operation experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused.
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
- Ability to safely lift and move trays.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
