Summary This manager leads the product lifecycle for Polo Women's apparel, from design concept through production delivery. The role oversees product development, manufacturing operations, cost management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver products that meet quality, pricing, and timeline objectives. Responsibilities Manage product development, tech packs, specifications, prototypes, lab dips, and product lifecycle approvals. Lead production planning, capacity allocation, sourcing, seasonal timelines, and on‑time delivery coordination. Manage costing, cost engineering, cost analysis, and supplier negotiations. Coordinate samples, purchase orders, showroom deadlines, and production approvals while monitoring quality and vendor performance. Lead cross‑functional meetings and process improvement initiatives, mentor team members, and coordinate raw material liability management. Requirements Expertise in the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from development through production. Knowledge of manufacturing and sourcing operations, cost engineering, and financial analysis.
