This is a senior, hands-on development role centered on deep Java expertise, strong enterprise Java development capability, and the ability to work independently across application changes, testing, troubleshooting, and release activities.The strongest technical depth should be in Java, with advanced proficiency across J-Developer, J2EE, and Unit Testing. SQL, Azure DevOps, Accessibility Testing, and release/change-request support are important supporting capabilities where solid intermediate proficiency is expected.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport Correspondence Redesign releases and Change Requests throughout development and delivery.Perform hands-on Java development for application changes, enhancements, and release-related work.Work effectively within the J-Developer and J2EE application environment.Incorporate Unit Testing into implementation and validation activities.Use SQL and Azure DevOps as part of the broader development and release process.Participate in Accessibility Testing and validation associated with application changes.Contribute independently to established release and change-request activities.Required Technical SkillsJava Developer: Expert-level capability with the depth to independently handle complex Java development, troubleshoot challenging application issues, and exercise strong technical judgment.Java - J-Developer: Advanced proficiency using J-Developer as a core part of hands-on Java application development.J2EE: Advanced proficiency working within enterprise Java environments and established J2EE application structures.Unit Testing: Advanced capability applying Unit Testing as an integral part of development and application validation.SQL: Intermediate proficiency sufficient to work confidently with SQL in support of application development and troubleshooting.Azure DevOps: Intermediate proficiency working within established Azure DevOps development and release processes.Accessibility Testing: Intermediate capability supporting accessibility validation as part of application change and release activities.Supporting Correspondence Redesign releases and Change Requests: Intermediate experience contributing independently to established release and change-request processes.
