RN MDS Coordinator: Care Plans & CMS Compliance Expert

Life Care Centers of America in Union Park, Florida is seeking an RN MDS Coordinator who will coordinate MDS Assessments and Care Plans in compliance with CMS regulations. The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree, an active RN license, and at least two years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics. Responsibilities include reporting patient condition changes, providing education to direct care associates, and maintaining confidentiality.
