LPN Evening Shift Mon- Fri

Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a dedicated LPN for our evening shift, Monday–Friday, delivering quality healthcare to individuals in correctional facilities. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform treatments, assist with assessments, and support chronic and urgent medical needs under RN and provider direction. You’ll document accurately, follow clinical and security protocols, and collaborate closely with custody staff.
