Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting September 11-December 26 at their Corporate Health center in Titusville, FL. Provider will see ages 6 & up to provide Primary Care, acute episodic care, wellness exams & biometric screenings. Clinic hours are Monday & Thursday 7:00am-6:00pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 7:00am-3:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break, Friday 7:00am-1:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am-1:30pm (Saturdays are October 3 & 24, November 14, and December 5 & 26). Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this position. Provider must have a dispensing license for this assignment; DEA and DOT Certification are preferred. Detailed shift needs are September 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 28, 29, & 30, October 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29, & 30; November 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, & 30, and December 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 23, 24, & 26.
