About the Position

A value-based primary care organization dedicated to delivering concierge-level care to seniors, without added costs, is actively expanding its presence in Maryland. Serving the over-65 population, the group has established clinics in Baltimore, Woodlawn, and Halethorpe and continues to grow its footprint. They are currently seeking Geriatric physicians to join their team and support this patient-focused, outcomes-driven model of care.

This Position Offers:

• Very Solid Pay ($250K-$295K range) with a Signing bonus and Quality Bonus
• Strong earning potential with $250K-$295K base, plus sign-on
• Make an additional $45K to $85K on top of the base salary
• Reduced patient volumes - smaller patient panels allowing for more meaningful patient care
• Outpatient-only practice with minimal call responsibilities
• A collaborative, team-based care model including physicians, APPs, pharmacists, behavioral health, care coordinators, and support staff
• Strong administrative and clinical support, including quality-based coders and referral specialists
• Value-based care model focused on outcomes, not volume (no fee-for-service pressure)
