POSITION OVERVIEW

We're seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to support front-of-house operations for an upscale dining concept. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on exceptional service, team development, and a consistently elevated guest experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Support daily front-of-house operations and service execution
• Lead, coach, schedule, and develop FOH team members
• Maintain a strong floor presence and high service standards
• Support labor, payroll, budgets, inventory, and cost controls
• Handle guest concerns professionally and proactively
• Assist with private dining, events, and special service periods
• Partner with culinary leadership on menu and beverage initiatives

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• Prior Assistant General Manager experience required
• 3+ years of upscale restaurant management or supervisory experience
• Strong FOH leadership and luxury hospitality experience
• Experience with scheduling, labor, payroll, budgets, and cost controls
• Polished, positive, and professional leadership presence
• ServSafe and Alcohol Compliance certifications required
• Asian dining experience is a plus, but not required
