DISTRIBUTION CENTER SUPERVISOR- TENTS

Seeking a 2nd shift Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Distribution Supervisor in Norcross, GA. The Distribution Center Supervisor role support the warehouse and distribution tasks, supervising warehouse associates to maximize warehouse efficiency, supporting on-time preparation of inventory to satisfy scheduled deliveries and pickups for daily orders. Some use of company vehicles may be required. Position is hourly with 50-60 hours scheduled per work in Fall and Spring. Open availability with 6-7 day work week. salary: $48,000 - $61,000 per year shift: First work hours: 2 PM - 12 AM education: High School Responsibilities Supports leadership and provides direction to team members daily. Supervises and participates in loading/offloading the trucks. Follows processes to ensure the correct items are loaded properly for events. Follows and executes communication from the sales staff for details and last-minute changes to jobs or events. Communicate with Field Operations team for any updates or needs they may have. Works with Field Operations management and crew to ensure that all equipment is returned and properly to assigned locations. Supports the efficiency of the return process, including the processing, cleaning, and re-stocking rental items into inventory. Ensure damaged items/inventory get processed and repaired in a timely manner. Assists with assuring that all inventory, machinery, and rental products are maintained in a safe and clean condition. Customer Fulfillment Monitors warehouse associate’s performance and progress. Complies with all government safety requirements and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
