Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Full-Time Graphic Designer to join our creative team in our Sarasota, Florida office. In this role, you’ll support a wide range of client work across digital, social, print, web, and light video projects. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented designer with strong visual instincts, solid production skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment. Core Responsibilities: Interpret creative briefs and project instructions to deliver high-quality design work that meets client and agency expectations. Support the creative team with layout, design, production, and file preparation across print and digital projects. Design and produce a wide range of digital content, including social media graphics, email marketing assets, web banners, and product imagery. Create engaging, on-brand visual content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. Prepare, resize, reformat, correct, and modify artwork using Adobe Creative Suite. Build and prep final files for use across print, digital, social, and web applications. Demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as Figma. Execute basic video editing projects using Premiere Pro and/or CapCut. Support motion graphics or animation projects as needed, if applicable. Create and maintain brand elements for new and existing clients based on established brand guidelines. Select, review, and retouch photographs based on storyboards, creative direction, and brand guidelines. Support agency team members with preparation and execution for client photoshoots. Ask thoughtful questions of project leads to clarify direction and ensure strong design deliverables. Apply feedback, direction, and critique from project leads to improve creative outputs. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and team meetings. Follow established agency workflows and meet project deadlines. Accurately proof files and materials with strong attention to detail. Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and web teams. Participate in ongoing training and apply newly developed skills. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications 2–3 years of advertising agency, in-house, or relevant design experience. A relevant degree in design is preferred. Agency or print shop experience is highly valued. Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of digital, social, and print design. Foundational and applied understanding of design principles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience using Figma. Basic video editing experience using Premiere Pro and/or CapCut. Strong understanding of the current social media landscape, including creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and emerging platforms. Effective organization and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects at once. Strong attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with agency team members. Comprehensive understanding of printing and print production is a plus.
