Director, Corporate Finance & Strategy Our client, a consumer-focused technology and services company, is seeking a Director of Corporate Finance & Strategy to help drive enterprise-wide financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making. Location: The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel for in-person collaboration. Job Description: This is a highly visible leadership role that partners closely with executive leadership and plays a key role in supporting the company's next phase of growth. Responsibilities: Lead company-wide financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Monitor business performance against financial targets and provide reporting and insights to leadership Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, profitability analysis, and strategic initiatives Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, operational improvements, and growth opportunities Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for leadership, board, and investor discussions Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to improve financial reporting and planning processes Manage and enhance FP&A systems, tools, and reporting capabilities Lead, mentor, and develop a small team while ensuring high-quality deliverables and execution Drive process improvements and support key corporate initiatives related to growth and business readiness Requirements: 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance Significant experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Experience supporting executive leadership with financial analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across a complex organization Advanced financial modeling, Excel, and financial systems experience Compensation: Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors, including but not limited to: The individual’s skill sets, experience, and training; Licensure and certifications; Office location and other geographic considerations; Other business and organizational needs.
