The Unified Communications and Collaboration team manages global voice, video, audiovisual communications, and conferencing solutions for Millennium employees.What You'll DoLead audiovisual project builds from requirements gathering and design review through installation, commissioning, and Day 1 operational handoffConduct site surveys and field assessments for new builds, renovations, and office fit-outs, documenting room requirements, technology standards, user expectations, and integration needsDevelop and manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, punch lists, and deficiency resolution to support successful project deliveryReview and validate audiovisual design packages, including system schematics, elevations, cable schedules, and bills of materialsCoordinate on-site installation activities with general contractors, electricians, low-voltage cabling teams, and furniture vendors to ensure infrastructure readinessProvide hands-on support for conference room, event space, and backend audiovisual infrastructure, including troubleshooting, repair, preventative maintenance, and daily readiness checksCoordinate and operate audiovisual setups for live and hybrid events, including town halls, webinars, training sessions, meetings, and presentationsPartner with Engineering, Facilities, and IT teams on upgrades, changes, and new solutions; serve as an escalation point for complex issues and provide feedback on recurring operational needsWhat You Bring5+ years of experience supporting audiovisual and unified communications technologyProficiency with conferencing and collaboration platforms, including Webex, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google MeetStrong experience supporting room-based conferencing systems, including Cisco TelePresence and Room Series, DTEN, Zoom Rooms, and Microsoft Teams RoomsExpertise with audiovisual control systems, DSPs, and peripheral devices, including Crestron, QSC, Lightware, and ShureKnowledge of audiovisual networking technologies, including IP-based AV, video over IP, and audio networkingExperience managing audiovisual inventory, asset tracking, procurement workflows, and project documentation, including scopes of work, bills of materials, as-built drawings, and commissioning checklistsStrong communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills, with the ability to support senior leaders, external vendors, and high-visibility projects under pressureBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; experience in financial services, corporate AV environments, Cisco voice and video infrastructure, construction coordination, or AV certifications is a plusThe estimated base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $175,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
