Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (flexible schedule)
Compensation: Commission-based; potential to earn $100k+ with dedication and performance
Schedule: Flexible shifts available
Palms Hair Salon in Brick, NJ is seeking talented hairstylists to join our growing team. This commission-based role offers room to grow, advancement opportunities, and marketing support to drive clients. New grads are welcome. We value passion, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of hair services, including:
- Cutting, styling, coloring, and finishes
- Texture services (perms, relaxers, etc.)
- Extensions and braiding
- Conduct thorough client consultations and tailor services to individual needs
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards
- Collaborate with the team on marketing and client retention efforts
- Manage and grow your personal client book with salon support
Qualifications
- Valid NJ cosmetology or barber license
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Based in NJ with flexible availability for full-time or part-time roles
- Preferred experience in hair cutting, styling, texture services, barbering, extensions, braiding, etc.
- Bonus points for an existing client book (we’ll help you grow it)
- New grads welcome and encouraged to apply
- Passion for delivering excellent client experiences and teamwork
