Salary: $53,872 - 64,875 per year Requirements:
- Demonstrated background in IT support, with solid familiarity with help desk workflows and customer service best practices.
- Hands-on ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including computers and mobile devices, across multiple operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Strong working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN configuration, TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and general network troubleshooting.
- Experience with Active Directory administration, GPO configuration, and user account management.
- Practical experience supporting Windows 10/11, macOS, and Linux distributions, with effective software troubleshooting skills.
- Strong analytical aptitude for quickly identifying and resolving technical problems.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
- Capability to work independently or as part of a team on complex IT infrastructure or security-related projects.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or comparable credentials are preferred.
- Provide end-user technical assistance through help desk systems, resolving hardware, software, connectivity, and operating system issues.
- Track, manage, and document support tickets accurately, following up to support timely issue resolution.
- Diagnose networking problems involving LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and related administration tasks to keep connectivity stable.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and peripherals, and carry out equipment troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
- Perform Active Directory tasks, including account creation, permission updates, GPO adjustments, and ongoing directory maintenance.
- Review system logs and network data to pinpoint root causes and implement preventative fixes.
- Partner with colleagues on IT infrastructure initiatives such as Windows Server work, network improvements, or security upgrades.
