Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to join our team at Cooney Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Helena, Montana. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business office. Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the business office, including billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Supervise and train staff members to ensure efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions
Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and vendors

Requirements

0 years of experience in a healthcare setting or related industry
Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
