Landscaper

Overview SeeScan is seeking a Landscaper to maintain the health and appearance of the landscaping at our facilities. This is a full-time, onsite position in Kearny Mesa. This position pays $23/hour or more , depending on experience. Benefits A position within an established company that has over 40 years of experience Medical, dental, and vision coverage Traditional and Roth 401(k) investment options, with partial company matching contribution Flexible Paid Time Off plan with no cap or “use it or lose it” requirement Responsibilities Maintain the grounds, exterior buildings, and landscape Maintain proper care of equipment and supplies Maintain irrigation control valves and wirings Help with fertilizing, trimming, pruning, mowing, edging, and weed control Pick up trash and wash exterior areas Remove and/or replace any dead or dying plants, flowers, or shrubs Operate gas and electric carts, forklift and other landscaping equipment Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications 3+ years’ related experience in facility grounds maintenance Experience in a multi-unit environment preferred Helpful knowledge and experience Fruit trees and vines Roses Organic approaches and products Pest control About you Willing to pitch in wherever needed and work at a quick pace Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills Able to work independently and as a team Able to speak and understand English Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
