What you’ll do We are seeking a temporary Recruiting Specialist for 30–40 hrs/week starting as early as June12026, with an anticipated assignment through September12026 (duration may vary). The role reports to the Recruiting Sr Manager and is remote, requiring residence in the Pacific or Central time zone. Working hours are 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm local time. Responsibilities Manage a full‑cycle recruitment process, including resume review, phone screening, and referring candidates for hiring manager interviews. Correspond with candidates via email, phone, and text message. Review and post requisitions in a timely manner in the ClearCo ATS system. Create external job postings on various 3rd‑party sites such as diversity job boards and campus recruiting. Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, troubleshoot and elevate issues as needed, and communicate throughout the process. Utilize 3rd‑party sites and ATS to source passive candidates. Partner with plant leadership throughout the recruiting process. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring applicable federal and state HR requirements and maintaining records accordingly. Participate in other projects and duties as assigned. What we’re looking for Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience. At least one year of experience in Talent Acquisition recruiting, managing high‑volume hourly non‑exempt recruitment ideally in manufacturing or production. Minimum two years of experience in a customer service or support setting. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; organized and detail‑oriented. Prior experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. (highly preferred). Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System; ClearCo is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; handle confidential matters with discretion. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
