Along with managing and auditing various supply locations.**Essential Responsibilities***Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position. Inability to perform these responsibilities with or without an accommodation may result in disqualification from the position.** Perform all essential job duties related to Tech I role.* Manage supply room put away and scanning for OR and procedural areas.* Audit supplies from storage locations for distribution and placement into Case Carts, and restocking Exchange Carts such as Code (Crash) Carts and Procedural Carts/Trays.* Manage and support identified projects.* Assist with perpetual inventory accuracy by reviewing quick issue reports while collaborating with Inventory Control for adjustments.* Reports inventory discrepancies and documents according to policy / process.* Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.* Perform put away responsibilities for perpetual warehouse storage.* Responsible for supply room maintenance (labels, signage, dividers, overstock, and other TJC regulations).* Ability to train any staff members on all essential job duties.* Verify that all requisitions have been adequately processed in Workday.**General Responsibilities*** Performs other duties as assigned.**Minimum Qualifications****Education Requirements*** High school diploma or GED required.**Experience Requirements*** At least 3 years' experience in Healthcare or Inventory management.**License/Certification/Registration Requirements*** None required.**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Requirements*** Typing, use of computers, computer software, and the ability to learn software applications necessary in the performance of typical work.* Proficiency in utilizing the MMIS.* Knowledge of general office equipment such a fax machines, copy machines, box cutters and printers.* Ability to work in a busy, high-pressure environment.* Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders to include coworkers, management, and clinical partners.* Demonstrated proficiency in English, both written and verbal, including active listening.* Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and problem solving.* Ability to operate pallet jacks.* Day to day duties include bending, pulling, pushing and lifting up to 40-50 lbs.* Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.* Ability to cover multiple areas at any time.## **Current OU Health Employees - Please click** **to login.**## **OU Health is an equal opportunity employer.
