Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide critical care nursing services to ICU patients in a travel assignment. Ensure high-quality patient care while adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and monitoring equipment as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
Document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
Respond promptly to emergency situations and stabilize patients.
Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of practice.
Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Willingness to travel and adaptability to new healthcare settings.
