As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely, professional, and accurate support to customers while working from home. Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional customer service, communications, or business training is a plus.

- Previous experience in customer service, call center support, retail, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
