Arterial Regional Sales Manager - MidAtlantic - Peripheral Vascular

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Account Managers while building key customer and physician relationships
Own regional revenue targets, forecasts, and execute growth business plans
Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain sales talent with coaching and performance feedback
Monitor sales activity, pipeline, case coverage, and productivity metrics
Represent company at trade shows and educational meetings; ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Minimum 6+ years medical device sales experience
3+ years medical device sales leadership experience preferred
Strong leadership, coaching, and presentation skills
Solid business acumen with financial and commercial understanding
Proficiency in MS Office for reports and presentations
Previous peripheral vascular space experience preferred

Compensation: $175,000 base salary plus commission and bonuses eligibility
